How the firm handles funds and delivery
- Cost structure: all costs are allocated directly to the engagement or award. The firm has no negotiated indirect cost rate and claims no overhead or general and administrative rate.
- Financial management: the principal has fifteen years of direct responsibility for federal internal control, audit readiness and OMB A-123 compliance programs. Timekeeping, separate accounting per award, and documentation to 2 CFR 200 standards are the working norm, not an add-on.
- Team: engagements are staffed from senior practitioners the principal has worked with on federal financial management, IT governance and cybersecurity engagements, supplemented by specialists under contract where required. In-country staffing in Senegal draws on the principal's professional network among financial and institutional actors.
- Reviews: the firm is prepared to undergo pre-award financial capability reviews and to provide policies, bank references and prior-engagement references on request.
- Data: no client or agency data is hosted by the firm. Tools and templates run on the client's own systems; the Kotiza service is operated by the Senegalese company under Senegalese data protection law.
