International Development Consulting

Project & Program Management
Running the project is often the part that decides whether a modernization lands. I have managed or co-managed financial system programs from the inside: deputy project manager on FEMA's financial systems modernization with IBM, the consolidation of the Department of the Navy's financial management systems with Booz Allen Hamilton, the Oracle migration at the Treasury, and project support for the MIL Corporation's federal clients. On the board of FONGAD Invest, I designed the project appraisal model and the weighted scoring the board uses to decide what to fund. Certified PMP since 2024.
